Seizure and Confiscation of Wild Animals in Unlawful Possession.---The authorized officer shall seize and confiscate any wild animal including the wild, captive bred, pet or tamed, its parts, products and derivatives if found in unlawful possession of any person and shall make such arrangement for keeping and to dispose-of the same as considered appropriate.
