Trade under CITES and CMS.---Government may further prohibit, or regulate the import, export, possession and trade, of wild fauna and flora, their parts, products and derivatives as contained in various appendices to Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Flora and Fauna (CITES) and Convention on Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) and such other conventions, treaties and protocols for the time being in force.
