Wild Animal and Plant Quarantine.---The Department shall ensure that the specimens of wild animals and plants destined to enter into or leave from the Province through import and export respectively are checked and cleared by the Quarantine Department of the Government of Pakistan at the ports or posts of entry or exit, as the case may be.
