National Natural Heritage Site.---With a view to protect natural, physical and biological formations or groups of such formations, which are of outstanding national or global value from the aesthetic or scientific point of view, Government may declare any area to be a "National Natural Heritage Site" and regulate its management in the prescribed manner.
