Seizure of Case Property.---Any officer or person authorized by Government in this behalf may-- (a) seize any wild animal, dead or alive, which has been hunted, killed, captured or acquired otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of this Act; and (b) seize any fire-arm, net, trap, snare, bow, arrow or any vehicle or vessel or anything what-so-ever used or suspected to have been used in the commission of an offence under this Act;
