[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th March, 2014] CHAPTER XII INDEMNITY AND REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTY 81. Officers to be Public Servants.---Any officer or person authorized under any provision of this Act to do a certain thing or act in a certain manner shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
