Duty of Staff of Security Agencies.---(1) Any police officer or staff of other law enforcing agencies including levies and coast guards shall, upon request made by any officer or person authorized under this Act, assist him in due discharge of his duties under this Act. (2) It shall be the duty of the Station House Officer of the Police Station, in whose jurisdiction the offence has taken place, to produce the accused in the court during the hearing of the offence case.
