ACT XIV OF 2014 ACT XIV OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN WILDLIFE (PROTECTION, PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act to provide protection, preservation, conservation, sustainable and management to the Wildlife, and establishment and management of protection areas in the Province of Balochistan. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th March, 2014] CHAPTER XV PENALTIES AND PUNISHMENT 95. Imprisonment for non-payment of fine or value of the wild animal.---(1) The imprisonment for the non-payment of fine or value of the wild animal or both shall run consecutively after the service of the term of imprisonment imposed. (2) The term of imprisonment under subsection (1) above shall be calculated at the rate of one day for each Rs. 1000. In case of a fraction, the term of imprisonment shall be one full day.
