(c) no allotment of or hunting in the breeding areas of houbara in the Province. (d) no import or re-export of falcons for hunting without CITES import/re-export permit; (e) no export of houbara, weather dead or alive without CITES export permit; and (f) Houbara hunting fee at the rate of rupees ten (10) million per dignitary.
