ACT XII OF 2014 ACT XII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES, AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 3. Amendment of Section 6 of Act V of 1975.---In the said Act, for the Section 6,-- (a) in subsection (3) for the words "three hundred thousand rupees "and "two hundred thousand rupees" the words No limit" and "five hundred thousand rupees respectively" shall be substituted. (b) in subsection (4).-- (i) in clause (i) for the words "rupees fifty thousand" the words "seventy thousand rupees" shall be substituted. (ii) in clause (ii) for the words "fifteen thousand rupees" the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (iii) clause (iii) shall be omitted.
