ACT XII OF 2014 ACT XII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES, AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 4. Amendment of Section 6-A of Act V 1975.---In the said Act for Section 6-A, the following shall be substituted:-- "6-A, The Speaker and a Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to telephone facilities at office with no limit and at the residence up to ceiling of "rupees fifteen thousand" to the Speaker and "rupees ten thousand to the Deputy Speaker per men sum. The Speaker and Deputy Speaker shall also be entitled to official mobile phone connection (SIM) both for official and private purpose throughout the term of their office and for a period of fifteen days thereafter. They will also be entitled to free telephone facility while on tour where such facility is available."
