ACT XII OF 2014 ACT XII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES, AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 6. Amendment of Section 9 of Act V 1975.---In the said Act, in Section 9:-- (a) for subsection (1) the following shall be substituted:- "(1) Subject to the provisions made hereinafter the Speaker and Deputy Speaker travelling on official duty shall be entitled to get "rupees fifteen thousand" and rupees seven thousand" respectively as daily allowance." (b) After subsection (1) as so amended, the following clause (a) shall be inserted:- "(a) The Speaker and Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to draw six hundred thousand rupees and five hundred thousand rupees respectively per annum as Free Travelling Allowance (F.T.A) in Travelling vouchers or Cash."
