ACT IX OF 2014 ACT IX OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN SEA FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Sea Fisheries Ordinance, 1971 (Balochistan Ordinance No. IX of 1971) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 17th February, 2014] No.PAB/Legis: V (12)/2014, dated 17-2-2014.---The Balochistan Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Bill, 2014, (Bill No.10 of 2014), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1st February, 2014 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 14th February, 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Sea Fisheries Ordinance, 1971 in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 2014. (2) it shall come into force at once.
