[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th January, 2014] No.PAB/Legis: V (02)/2014, dated 27-1-2014.---The Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Bill 2014, (Bill No.2 of 2014), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 21st January, 2014 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 24th January, 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No.V of 2010), for the purpose hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows:--
