ACT II OF 2014 ACT II OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010). [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th January, 2014] 3. Amendment of Section 10 Act No. V of 2010.---In the said Act, in section 10, under heading "Rural Councils", in proviso to clause (d) of serial number i District Councils, the words "or Authority" shall be omitted.
