ACT II OF 2014 ACT II OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010). [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th January, 2014] 5. Amendment of Section 18, Act No. V of 2010.---In the said Act, in section 18, the words "or the Election Commission" shall be omitted.
