ACT II OF 2014 ACT II OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010). [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th January, 2014] 6. Amendment of Section 27, Act No. V of 2010.---In the said Act, in section 27, for the words "prescribed authority in such manner as the Government may direct" the words "Election Commission" shall be substituted.
