ACT VI OF 2014 ACT VI OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN FOOD AUTHORITY ACT, 2014 An Act to provide for the safety and standards of food and for establishment of Balochistan Food Authority. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] No.PAB/Legis: V (06)/2014, dated 7-2-2014.---The Balochistan Food Authority, Bill 2014, (Bill No.06 of 2014), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 28th January,2014 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 4th February, 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly:-- Preamble.--- Whereas, it is expedient to protect public health and to provide for the safety and standards of food, to establish the Balochistan Food Authority and to provide for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
