[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF FOOD AUTHORITY 3. Establishment of the Food Authority.---The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, establish the Balochistan Food Authority for purposes of this Act. (2) The Food Authority shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to enter into contract, acquire, possess or dispose of property, and may, by its name, sue or is sued.
