[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF FOOD AUTHORITY 5. Terms and conditions of Chairperson and members.---(1) The Chairperson and the members, other than ex-officio members, shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment. (2) A person shall not be appointed as Chairperson or a member, other than ex-officio member, for more than two terms, whether consecutive or otherwise. (3) The Government shall prescribe the salary and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson. (4) The Chairperson or a member, other than an ex-officio member, may resign from his office by serving one month's notice in writing to the Government.
