[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER III ENFORCEMENT MECHANISM 20. Power to withdraw food from Markets.---(1) If the Director General has reasons to believe that the health risk condition exists with respect to any food or that some food is not in compliance with the Act, rules or regulations, he may, after recording reasons, order immediate withdrawal of the said food from the market. (2) Any person, who is aggrieved by any action taken under this section, may, in the prescribed manner, prefer an appeal to the Food Authority. (3) The Food Authority may, on its own accord or on the application of an aggrieved person, set-aside or modifies an order made under subsection (1).
