[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER IV OFFENCES AND PENALIES 28. Unhygienic or unsanitary conditions.---Any person, who manufactures or processes or keeps any food under unhygienic or unsanitary conditions, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and fine which may extend to one million rupees.
