[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER IV OFFENCES AND PENALIES 29. Penalty for prescribed offences.---If a person, who commits an offence prescribed under the rules, for which no penalty has been provided in the Act, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and fine which may extend to five hundred thousand rupees.
