[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER IV OFFENCES AND PENALIES 31. Obstructing the Food Safety Officer.---(1) Any person, who obstructs a Food Safety Officer in the performance of his duties, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or fine which may extend to five hundred thousand rupees or both. (2) Any person, who unlawfully removes, alters or interferes, in any manner, with any food, equipment or vehicle seized or any premises sealed under this Act, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or fine which may extend to five hundred thousand rupees or both.
