[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER IV OFFENCES AND PENALIES 34. Punishment for subsequent offence.---(1) If any person, after having been previously convicted of an offence under this Act, commits any offence under this Act, he shall be liable to-- (a) twice the punishment of imprisonment and fine, which is provided for the offence under the Act; and (b) a further fine which may extend to two hundred thousand rupees. (2) The license of a food operator on conviction under sub-section (1), shall be cancelled.
