[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER IV OFFENCES AND PENALIES 38. Publication in newspapers.---If a person is convicted of an offence and the conviction has attained finality, the Food Authority shall, if so directed by the Court, publish the name of the person together with the name and place of his business, the nature of the offence and the fine, forfeiture, or other penalty imposed on him, in newspapers or in any other mode for information of the people and the convict shall be liable to pay the cost of such publication.
