ACT VI OF 2014 ACT VI OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN FOOD AUTHORITY ACT, 2014 An Act to provide for the safety and standards of food and for establishment of Balochistan Food Authority. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER V JURISDICTION AND PROCEDURE 44. Defense available.---In any proceedings for an offence under this Act, the exercise of due care and caution shall be valid defense if it is proved that the person took all reasonable precautions and exercised due diligence to prevent the commission of the offence.
