[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 51. Delegation powers.---The Food Authority may delegate, subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be specified in the order, any of its functions to a body, committee or an officer, except the function to-- (a) frame or amend regulations; (b) constitute a committee or fill a vacancy in a committee; (c) formulate standards, procedures, processes and guidelines in relation to any aspect of food; and (d) approve the annual report, annual budget and audited accounts.
