ACT VI OF 2014 ACT VI OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN FOOD AUTHORITY ACT, 2014 An Act to provide for the safety and standards of food and for establishment of Balochistan Food Authority. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2014] CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 56. Rules.---(1) The Food Authority may with approval of the Government, by notification in the official gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality to the foregoing power, such rules may provide for-- (a) procedure for conduct of business by the Food Authority; (b) terms and conditions of the service of employees of the Food Authority; (c) licensing and registration procedures; (d) recognition and accreditation of laboratories and scale of fee for a laboratory test; (e) prosecutions and appeals under the Act; (f) finances, accounts, budget; and (g) all other matters which by the Act are to be or may be prescribed by rules.
