ACT VII OF 2014 ACT VII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (PREVENTION AND PROTECTION) ACT, 2014 An Act to make provisions for protection against domestic violence. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 12th February, 2014] 11. Power to grant interim order.---(1) In any proceeding before him under this Act, the court may pass such interim order as it deems just and proper. (2) If the court is satisfied that an application prima facie discloses that the accused is committing, or has committed an act of domestic violence or that there is a likelihood that the accused may commit an act of domestic violence, it may issue order on the basis of the affidavit in such form, as may be prescribed, of the aggrieved person under sections 8, 9 and 10 against the accused.
