ACT VII OF 2014 ACT VII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (PREVENTION AND PROTECTION) ACT, 2014 An Act to make provisions for protection against domestic violence. Protection Officer.---(1) The Provincial Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint an officer not below the rank of grade 17, to act as Protection Officer in each Tehsil, for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Protection Officer shall possess such qualifications and experience as may be prescribed. (3) The terms and conditions of service of the Protection Officer shall be such as may be prescribed.
