ACT X OF 2014 ACT X OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998 (1 of 1998) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 11th February, 2014] No.PAB/Legis: V (11)/2014, dated 17-2-2014.---The Balochistan Coastal Development Authority (Amendment) Bill 2014, (Bill No.1 of 2014), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1st February, 2014 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 11th February, 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998 in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:
