ACT XI OF 2014 ACT XI OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Members (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] No.PAB/Legis: V (12)/2014, dated 14-2-2014.---The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances, and Privileges (Amendment) Bill, 2014, (Bill No.12 of 2014), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1st February, 2014 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 14th February, 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act III of 1975 in the manner hereinafter appearing: It is hereby enacted as follows:-
