ACT XI OF 2014 ACT XI OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Members (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 5. Amendment of Section 8 of Act III of 1975.---In the said Act in Section 8:-- (a) for the subsection (2) the following shall be substituted:-- "(2) The electricity, fuel and gas charges in respect of Chief Minister and Minister shall be borne by the Government." (b) In subsection (4) for the words "two hundred thousand rupees" the words "five hundred thousand rupees" shall be substituted. (c) subsection (5) and sub section(6) shall be omitted.
