ACT XI OF 2014 ACT XI OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Members (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 7. Amendment of Section 9 of Act III of 1975.---In the said Act in Section 9,-- (a) in subsection (1) the full stop appearing at the end shall be substituted by colon and thereafter the following new clause (i) shall be inserted-- "(i) The Chief Minister and Minister shall be entitled to draw rupees six hundred thousand and five hundred thousand per annum respectively in Travel vouchers or Cash." (b) in subsection (2) for the words "first class and economy class respectively" the words "Business Class" shall be substituted.
