ACT XIII OF 2014 ACT XIII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES, AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 6. Amendment of Section 6 of Act II of 1975.---In the said Act, for Section 6, the following shall be substituted:-- Other facilities:-- A member shall in addition to salary and allowances be entitled to:- a. House Rent Allowance @ rupees fifty thousand per month. b. Utility Allowance (Electricity and Gas) @ rupees twenty thousand per month. c. Rupees ten thousand per month as telephone charges. d. Rupees three thousand per day as conveyance allowance only during Assembly Session. d. Discretionary grant @ rupees twelve hundred thousand per annum.
