ACT XIII OF 2014 ACT XIII OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES, AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th February, 2014] 7. Amendment of Section 7 of Act II of 1975.---In the said Act, for the Section 7, the following shall be substituted:- "Inclusive of the salary, allowances and privileges admissible as Member, the Leader of the Opposition shall be entitled to:-- (a) Consolidated Salary of rupees ninety thousand per month. (b) Free official residence or upto rupees seventy thousand per month if residence is rented or rupees fifty thousand per month if he resides in his own house. (c) An official vehicle maintained at Government expense. (d) Sumptuary Allowance @ twenty thousand rupees per month. (e) Travel by air in Business class. (f) Free Travel Allowance (F.T.A) of rupees five hundred thousand per annum in Travel vouchers or Cash. (g) Office Telephone with no limit ceiling and residence upto rupees ten thousand per month with official mobile SIM. (h) The Utility Bills (Gas and Electricity) of his residence shall be borne by Government. (i) Daily Allowance @ rupees seven thousand per day. (j) A sum of rupees forty eight hundred thousand per annum shall be placed at his disposal as Discretionary Grant. (k) Services of a whole time Senior Scale Stenographer and a Naib Qasid in the office"
