ACT III OF 2013 ACT III OF 2013 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 5th September, 2013] No. PAB/Legis: V(03)/2013-2510, dated 5-9-2013. ---The Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Bill 2013, Bill No. III of 2013, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 30th August, 2013 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 4th September, 2013 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010), for the purposes hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2013. (2) It shall come into force at once.
