ACT III OF 2013 ACT III OF 2013 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 5th September, 2013] 2. Amendment in Section 16, Act No. V of 2010.---In the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010), hereinafter refer to as the said Act, in section 16 the Second proviso to subsection (2) shall be omitted.
