ACT III OF 2013 ACT III OF 2013 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 5th September, 2013] 3. Amendment of Section 25, Act No V of 2010.---In the said Act, in section 25, the compound word "Nonparty", appearing in the marginal heading and the section, the word "party" shall be substituted.
