ACT IV OF 2013 ACT IV OF 2013 BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act, 2009 (Act No. VIII of 2009) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 5th September, 2013] 7. Amendment of Section 14, Act VIII of 2009.---In the said Act, in section 14, for the words "Director General Audit 13alochistan" the words "Auditor General of Pakistan" shall be substituted.
