ACT III OF 2016 ACT III OF 2016 BALOCHISTAN PROHIBITION OF EXPRESSING MATTERS ON WALLS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Prohibition of Expressing Matters on Walls Ordinance 2001 (Ordinance No. LI of 2001) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 22nd February, 2016] No. PAB/Legis:V(24)/2016/6017, dated 22.2.2016.--- The Balochistan Prohibition of Expressing Matters on Walls (Amendment) Bill 2015, (Bill No.24 of 2015), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 15th February, 2016 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 17th February, 2016 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Prohibition of Expressing Matters on Walls Ordinance 2001; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 2. Amendment in section 2, Ordinance LI of 2001.---In the Balochistan Prohibition of Expressing Matters on Walls Ordinance 2001 (Ordinance No. LI of 2001), hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, in section 2, for the words, figure and commas fine not exceeding Rs. 5,000/-, the words with comma fine which shall not be less than twenty five thousand rupees, nor more than one hundred thousand rupees shall be substituted.
