XIII OF 2009) [First published after having received the assent of the Governor of the 1[Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] in the Gazette of 1[Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] (Extraordinary) ,dated the 24th October, 2009] 1.Substituted vide Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. IV of 2011 AN ACT to provide for the establishment of a University at Peshawar in the name of Abasyn University. Preamble.---WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment of a University at Peshawar in the name of Abasyn University, in the private sector, and for matters ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows: CHAPTER -VI UNIVERSITY FUND 31. University fund.---The University shall have a fund to which shall be credited its income from fees, charges, donations, trusts, bequests, endowments, contributions, grants and all other sources.
