ORDINANCE XXIX OF 2015 ORDINANCE XXIX OF 2015 ALI INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION LAHORE (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2015 An Ordinance to amend the Ali Institute of Education Lahore Act, 2010 [Gazette of Punjab Extraordinary 29th September, 2015] No. Legis: 13-40/2005, dated 29-9-2015.---The following Ordinance promulgated by Governor of the Punjab is hereby published for general information: It is necessary to amend the Ali Institute of Education Lahore Act 2010 (II of 2010) for increasing the scope of education being imparted at the Institute and for other Purposes. Provincial Assembly of the Punjab is not in session and Governor of the Punjab is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action. In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance: 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Ali Institute of Education Lahore (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015. (2) It shall come into force at once.
