ACT XII OF 2017 ACT XII OF 2017 ALTAF HUSSAIN UNIVERSITY AT HYDERABAD (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017 An Act to amend the Altaf Hussain University at Hyderabad Act, 2014 [Gazette of Sindh Extraordinary, Part IV, 12th April, 2017] NO.PAS/LEGIS-B-12/2017, dated 12.4.2017.---The Altaf Hussain University at Hyderabad (Amendment) Bill, 2017 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 27th March, 2017 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 08th April, 2017 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh. Preamble.---WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Altaf Hussain University at Hyderabad Act, 2014, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 2. Amendment of Sindh Act No. II of 2015.---In the Altaf Hussain University at Hyderabad Act, 2014, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, throughout the Act, for the words Altaf Hussain , the words Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah shall be substituted.
