ACT I OF 2017 ACT I OF 2017 BALOCHISTAN MOTOR VEHICLES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 (W.P. Ordinance No. XIX of 1965) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 5th May, 2017] No. PAB/Legis:v(01)/2013, dated 5.5.2017.---The Balochistan Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill (Bill No.01 of 2017) having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 17th April, 2017 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 3rd May, 2017 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 (Ordinance No. XIX of 1965), in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2017. (2) It shall come into force at once.
