Ordinance No. XIX of 1965) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 5th May, 2017] No. PAB/Legis:v(01)/2013, dated 5.5.2017.---The Balochistan Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill (Bill No.01 of 2017) having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 17th April, 2017 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 3rd May, 2017 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 (Ordinance No. XIX of 1965), in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 2. Amendment of section 116-A, W.P. Ordinance XIX of 1965.---In the Balochistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 (W.P. Ordinance No. XIX of 1965), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 116-A after the words "charge on" the words "spot any person committing in his view an offence mentioned in" shall be substituted.
