ACT VII OF 2018 ACT VII OF 2018 BALOCHISTAN FINANCE ACT, 2018 An Act further to continue, levy, alter and rationalize certain taxes and duties in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 28th May, 2018] No. PAB/Legis:V(13)/2018/1227, dated 28.5.2018.---The Balochistan Finance Bill, (Bill No. 25 of 2018), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 21st May, 2018 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 25th May, 2018 is hereby published as an Act of the Balcohistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to continue, levy, alter and rationalize certain taxes and duties in the Province of Balochistan, in the manner hereinafter appearing.
