2003 C L C ACT IV OF 2018 BALOCHISTAN PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN CINEMA HOUSES, (BALOCHISTAN REPEAL) ACT, 2018 An Act to repeal the Balochistan Prohibition of Smoking in Cinema Houses Ordinance, 1960 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. IV of 1960) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 11th May, 2018] No.PAB/Legis;V(19)/2018, dated 11.5.2018.---The Balochistan Prohibition of Smoking in Cinema Houses (Balochistan Repeal) Bill, 2018 (Bill No.19 of 2018), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 30th April, 2018 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 10th May, 2018 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to repeal the Balochistan Prohibition of Smoking in Cinema Houses Ordinance, 1960 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. IV of 1960) in its application to the province of Balochistan. It is hereby enacted as follows:- 3. Amendment in First Schedule to Act II of 1899.---In the Stamp Act, 1899 (Act No. II of 1899), in First Schedule:- (a) in Article 23, for the word 'five', wherever appearing, the word 'one' shall be substituted, and (b) in Article 31, for the word 'five', wherever appearing, the word 'one' shall be substituted.
