ACT V OF 2018 ACT V OF 2018 BALOCHISTAN JUVENILE SMOKING (BALOCHISTAN REPEAL) ACT, 2018 An Act to repeal the Balochistan Juvenile Smoking Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. XII of 1959), in its application to province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 11th May, 2018] No.PAB/Legis;V(20)/2018, dated 11.5.2018.---The Balochistan Juvenile Smoking (Balochistan Repeal) Bill, 2018 (Bill No.20 of 2018), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 30th April, 2018 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan, on 10th May, 2018 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to repeal the Balochistan Juvenile Smoking Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. XII of 1959), in its application to the province of Balochistan. It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title and Commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Juvenile Smoking (Balochistan Repeal) Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force at one.
